The Philosophy of Regeneration

I received this from a friend, worth sharing to everyone....:D

The approach for Holistic Health Care with the following belief:

1) We believe that the body has the innate ability to create balance and order when properly nourished.

The body has different nutritional needs for each system. The ancient science believed that states of disease and hunger were manifestations of the same thing: a lack of nutrition. The body yields to diseases, weight gain or low energy when it does not receive the proper nourishment.

2) We believe that this nourishment must come from wholesome foods.

The body is designed to obtain its nourishment from whole foods like vegetables, fruits and grains. Only whole foods have the synergy necessary for this task- they have the proper cellular structure, which allows the body to assimilate these foods to nourish, balance and cleanse the body. Wild plant food existing in the forest has the best source of nourishment.

3) We believe that each person must be willing to accept responsibility for his or her own health.

Achieving well-being consists of a series of very personal decisions. "Listen to your body, and it will tell you what to do." Our bodies are the best monitor as to the value of any food. If you need to see a doctor, then go to one.

If you need to improve your nutrition, then learn about wholesome foods from God's gifts in Nature. Start from your own cultural tradition.

God designed each nation with its own plants growing in the wilderness for a reason to benefit all existing forms of life where we dwell.

What is it that GOD has given us in this land where we live so we may be well enough to dwell on Earth for the good of God’s kingdom? Why do these plants exist in our very own backyard?

DO WE HEAL OURSELVES AS WE START LEARNING TO USE IN A SENSIBLE WAY GOD'S GIFT IN NATURE?
